Free admission to the Secession powered by Neuroth
Free Wednesdays are back: under the motto Free art for all, the Secession is offering free admission to the exhibition venue on Karlsplatz on the first Wednesday of every month from April 2025. Not only the world-famous Beethoven Frieze, but also twelve contemporary art exhibitions every year can be visited free of charge once a month. This is made possible by the commitment of the hearing acoustics company Neuroth, which has stood for better hearing for over a century. In keeping with the motto on the Secession's façade, To each era its art. To art its freedom, the Secession and Neuroth are committed to facilitating access to art for a broad public with the Free Wednesdays. The aim is to address Vienna's urban society in particular. The international exhibition house for contemporary art run by artists once again functions as an open space for the presentation of new artistic ideas and social debate on pressing contemporary issues.
